UQAM and TÉLUQ will host the first joint congress of the Canadian Association for Distance Education (CADE) and the Association for Media and Technology in Education in Canada (AMTEC). The event will be held from May 23 to 26, in the Sherbrooke Pavilion of UQAM's Pierre-Dansereau Science Complex, 200 Sherbrooke Street West.
More than 500 participants from Canada, the United States, Europe and Africa will take part in this conference exploring distance education and the educational uses of information and communication technologies. There will be representatives from the world of teaching and educational research, including students, specialists in media and educational technology, and guidance and counselling professionals.
